Local Plant and Animal Life

Hawkeye farms is home to a vast array of wild plant and animal life. With the surrounding area being filled with natural scenery as well as featuring a 97 acre Bald Cypress pond, this comes as no surprise. Local wild plants such as the green briar vines, button bushes, loblolly pines and wool grass are just some of the vegetation featured in the landscape surround Hawkeye Farms.

Hawkeye farms is also home to a wide range of local animals. Birds like the Northern Cardinal, the Downy Woodpecker, and the Northern Harrier soar across the sky. North American Beavers, Mallards, and Yellow-Bellied Slider turtles inhabit the Bald Cypress Pond.
